How we vet our team
You are letting someone into your home. Here is what we check first.
Screening and background checks
Every caregiver is screened and police-checked before they are placed with a client. References are verified as part of the same process.
Registration and qualifications
Our nurses and therapists hold current registration with their professional college, and our personal support workers hold recognised PSW certification. We confirm standing before placement and keep it current.
